DELIVERY

Seller will deliver cargo within 2 business days of all orders you will give until 15:00 every day on weekdays. This situation may vary according to the information written in the product cargo case.
By submitting your order with a picture ID, you can receive the delivery of the signature from the cargo officer. If you do not have the address you indicated at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person / person at the delivery address after the picture ID is checked and the signature is received.
In cases of extraordinary circumstances such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, insurrections, popular movements, nuclear risks and threats, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage and fire situations, and in the event of an accident (not found in the address, lack of competent person to take delivery, etc.), delivery times and conditions may vary.

You must fill out the required parts of the return and exchange form behind the bailout without sending us the product for the return.

In the case of exchanges, we ask you to write in the form of a note into your submission for confirmation the item you wish to exchange.

1. RETURN PRODUCT
a- Used or damaged items are not accepted.
b- The product to be returned must be delivered complete and undamaged together with standard accessories as delivered within 7 days.

2. PRODUCT BILL TO BE RETURNED
a- For the return process, the product invoice must be sent.
b- On behalf of the company that issued the product you want to return, you must send it back with the invoice that the company has issued. The return receipt must be withdrawn.

OTHER CONDITIONS AND RETURN CARGO CHARGES
a- If the goods / products you want to return are defective, the shipping fee is paid by our company if they are sent by our contracted cargo companies.
b- In case that the products coming from our Quality Assurance department are delivered in accordance with the return conditions, the product amounts will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The reflection period of your iadenin account is at the initiative of your bank. Credit card refunds are reflected within 1-5 days.
c- If you do not like the product and want to change it, you can send it to our address by paying the shipping cost of the product. However, since you see the product for 10 days, you can change the time you want in case of different arrival and / or wrong order.

SUBMISSION TO BE RETURNED The
item to be returned can only be picked up by the shipping companies that we have contracted with. Otherwise, any cargo company will not be allowed to purchase goods and transportation fees.
The general return conditions are as follows;

  • Exceptions must be made with the original box or packaging.
  • Products that have lost their resaleability and can not be bought by another customer are not accepted if the original box / packaging is broken (eg, items with a cargo label affixed on the original box and those with a cargo parcel band are not accepted).
  • You must send a petition containing the original invoice (all copies of you) and the reason for the return, together with the product you wish to return.

CANCEL ORDER Dear customers, you can cancel your orders that you gave wrong or give up. Sometimes the midday is checked late for the intensity.
